Music Fun With PVC

The power of PVC brings music to my ears! Often I found myself interested in the Blue Man Group and all of their creativity. Looking at this video above you can tell that I am not the only person who is influenced by this spectacular group. His instrument is majority PVC pipes of all different sizes. I personally am more impressed by the talent factor. In my downtime I will search for a really good tutorial on how to make one of these neat instruments for yourself. Most PVC pipes used can be found on PVCFittingsDirect.com at great prices. Enjoy the video ladies and gentlemen!

Rock Band Meets PVC?

I know I have been absent for a while but today I bring you another wonder that PVC fittings can create. The video above shows a custom Rock Band drum support mod made from standard PVC pipes. With the new release of Rock Band 2 I think this mod will come very handy to most people who own the game and drum with fun. Best of all by using PVC pipe fittings the mod is inexpensive and does not void the warranty at all! So what are you waiting for? The list of materials includes T fittings, 45 degree fittings, and last but not least PVC piping. Happy modding and gaming!

Catapult: A PVC Perspective

Looking for a challenge in your spare time? Well grab some PVC fittings because with time and effort you yourself can make your very own catapult! By watching this step by step video building a catapult is as easy as 1-2-3. I’ll even look into building this creation in the near future. Whoever said PVC pipes had few uses has never seen creativity like this. In the video Bre Pettis joins with builder Bill Gurstelle to bring us this guided tutorial. Even if you don’t have the urge to create your own catapult the video is still a good watch of the endless uses of PVC fittings. Enjoy!

Hard To Reach PVC Pipe Cutting

In this next video we look at a unique way to cut PVC pipes when remodeling your home. This technique is more used on adjacent areas of the home. Truly it’s more of a protective technique than anything else. Very little to none tools are needed as shown by Bob Schmidt. When wanting to make a cut in any mounted PVC pipe or fitting keep this video in mind. I hope this helps!
